Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Sendcloud. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union — including Iceland, Andorra, and the USA — customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be levied by the customs authority of the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
