Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.meramerah.com, operated by MERAH Trading GmbH. All orders are shipped from Würnitz, Lower Austria, Austria.

Where we ship (as of October 2026)

We currently ship to Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and the USA.

Germany and the rest of the EU: Shipping to Germany and all other EU countries is temporarily paused because of the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR). The European Parliament will vote on simplifications for small businesses on 19 October 2026 – we will publish an update here afterwards. Add your favourite pieces to your Wishlist and we will let you know as soon as we ship there again.

The more you order, the less you pay for shipping – in five steps up to free shipping. Every parcel is fully insured for its goods value at no extra cost to you.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. They may be longer during peak seasons (e.g. public holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

Customs & import duties

Duties are paid by the recipient. For orders shipped outside the European Union (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Andorra and the USA), customs duties, import taxes and handling or disbursement fees may be charged by the authorities or the carrier (FedEx) of the destination country. These charges are included neither in our product prices nor in our shipping rates and are paid by the recipient directly to the carrier or authority upon delivery. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Phone number

A phone number is required at checkout for every order. Carriers and customs authorities need it for delivery and customs clearance (it is mandatory for shipments to the USA). We use your number solely to process your delivery.
